There are many reasons why you might require staff assistance, including but not limited to the following:
Account help, including usergroup maintenance
Forgotten Passwords
Suggestions or Questions
Reporting a harassment issue
Reporting a post
Reporting a questionable member
Reporting a service issue (send to Renae).There are of course many other things to ask a staff member for help with.
For any easy request, all we need is the basics. Here's a rundown of what we need, and also who to contact.
Username changes - we need reason/new username (all staff)
Forgotten passwords - use the link that vBulletin provides, if this doesn't solve hte problem, contact Renae
Suggestions or questions, please be detailed (all staff)
Reporting a post - Use the "report this post" feature, and be specific in the details of why it's inappropriate. When it is sent out to all staff, we might not know how serious it is until we click on it. So give us some details on what to expect.
Reporting a service issue - MUST TAKE A SCREENSHOT. Alt + Print Screen Key. Go to Paint, Edit - Paste. Save As XXX (details).JPG MUST send to renae@militaryissuedgirlfriends.com PLEASE include a SUBJECT in your email. Describe in detail the service issue, as well as your information (Operating system used, internet browser used, style used on MIG)
Reporting a Harassment Issue or Questional member - MUST TAKE A SCREENSHOT of any and all PMs or pagers that are harassing. Do the same for Chat! Alt + Print Screen Key. Go to Paint, Edit - Paste. Save As XXX (details).JPG MUST send to renae@militaryissuedgirlfriends.com PLEASE include a SUBJECT in your email. Describe in detail EVERYTHING that happened. DO NOT delete any PMs in your inbox (To the person or from the person). I will investigate. You must also include screenshots of the pagers or PMs that YOU SENT TO THIS PERSON before/after/during the altercation. DO NOT LEAVE OUT ANY EVIDENCE. Failure to report your own actions can result in NOTHING being done. (Feel free to save all the .jpg's and then put them in a single .doc file with comments about each of them.)
